This agreement is a legal contract between you and Feiyu VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source extraction, translation, or derivative development of the App or related trademarks is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App are held by the Service Provider as permitted by law. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or service fees with clear notice. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking or rooting a device may create security risks or cause the App to malfunction.

The Service integrates certain necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use may also be subject to those partners respective terms.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible when the service cannot be used due to unpaid device service, data limits, poor signal, roaming charges, or carrier restrictions. Before using the App outside Wi-Fi, confirm your mobile data and roaming terms with the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. For example, inability to access the service due to device battery depletion is outside our compensation scope. Although we work to provide accurate routing and service information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by such information. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to install necessary versions. The Service Provider may terminate App services as permitted by law.
