When you download and launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, and session duration. To recommend suitable routes, we may process approximate location information. This data is used for: 1. Node recommendations based on Feiyu VPN network availability; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate trends; 3. Service communication, including important updates, security notices, or account-related messages sent to your registered email or username.

We transmit only necessary aggregated or anonymized data to third-party partners such as Google Play Services and Firebase for crash analysis and feature improvement. We do not share personal information except when: 1. Required by legal process or regulatory obligations; 2. Necessary to protect users, property, or investigate fraud; 3. Working with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. You may stop new data collection by uninstalling the App through your device standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable period afterward. To cancel your account and request deletion of personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will begin deletion procedures. Guardians may contact us through the same email.
